Welcome to The Blank Studio. These terms apply when you browse our site and place an order with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

The Blank Studio is a small UK business supplying craft blanks for personalisers and small creative businesses. You can reach us any time at hello@theblankstudiouk.co.uk.

Ordering

When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation. This confirms we've received your order; a contract between us is formed once we accept it and dispatch it (or have it ready to collect). We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error), in which case we'll refund you in full.

Prices & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and shown on each product page. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe, which accepts cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods. We do not see or store your full card details.

Our products

Our products are blanks, sold ready for you to personalise. Photographs are for illustration, and small variations in colour and finish between batches are normal and are not faults. Please check an item is right for your project before you personalise it: once an item has been personalised, printed on, cut or otherwise altered, it can't be returned unless it was faulty.

Delivery & collection

We aim to dispatch your order within the timescales shown on our Delivery & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed, as posting is handled by third-party couriers. If you choose free local collection, we'll email you when your order is ready with the collection address and times.

Returns & cancellations

Your rights to cancel and return are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable at the time you ordered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
