How long it takes right now
Our blanks are held in stock. We dispatch in 1–2 working days, followed by 1–2 working days in the post.

Working days don't include weekends or bank holidays. Every listing shows its own dispatch time and an estimated arrival date, so you can check before you order. Working to a deadline? Message us first and we'll do everything we can ♡
Delivery costs & returns
UK delivery costs £4.95. Free UK delivery on orders of £100.00 or more.
Prefer to pick up? Choose free local collection from Belper (DE56) at checkout and we'll email you the address and times as soon as your order is ready.

Returns & refunds
We want you to love your blanks. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Changed your mind
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return items unused and in their original condition for a refund. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Please email us first at hello@theblankstudiouk.co.uk so we can give you the return address.
Items that have been personalised, printed on, cut or otherwise altered can't be returned unless they were faulty.
If something's wrong
This doesn't affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered. If that happens, please email us at hello@theblankstudiouk.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
Cancelling before we send it
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. As long as it hasn't been dispatched or collected, we'll gladly amend or cancel it for you.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we'll process it to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or of agreeing the refund for a faulty item).
